Our customers say ...

"Our Calistoga Balloons website was originally built as a single Flash object and was invisible on the internet. Even after rebuilding the site in HTML, we were not getting the response rate we were hoping for. After consulting with Incommand, our visibility on the internet has increased and we are very happy with the surge in bookings that has resulted. Incommand's knowledge of the elements that go into a successful adword campaign has gained us the returns we were hoping for with our internet advertising."

Incommand Enters "Make Mine a Million" Race - Thu, 19 Feb 2009

The "Make Mine a Million" or M3 Race starts this week challenging women entrepreneurs across the country to grow their business in a tough economy. Diane Craig, the owner of InCommand Inc., a Yakima woman owned business has registered for the M3 Race and is up for the challenge.

"Reading about the doomed economy and continuing job layoffs made me realize that we would have to do something significant to keep employees and their families afloat", says Diane Craig. "By joining the race we hope to grow our business locally, and by expanding our business on-line bring outside money into the Yakima economy." The M3 Race is sponsored by Count Me In for Woman's Economic Independence who believes that the number of women owned businesses in this country is considerable and can contribute to job creation and a healthy economy.

Women own nearly half of the businesses in the U.S. but 97 percent of them report less than $1 million in revenue. They're being held back by factors ranging from culture to childcare and a lack of confidence, says Count Me In for Women's Economic Independence. Count Me In and founding partner American Express want to change that. During the course of the year long "Make Mine a Million" Race, they provide mentoring, financing, marketing and technology for women to grow their businesses from Micro to Millions.

The program's goal is to inspire one million women to the million-dollar revenue mark by 2010. That would translate to $700 million in revenue for the economy and create 4 million new jobs if Count Me In can reach their goal. "The race sounded like a lot of fun, a great opportunity and very worthwhile in all respects. We are definitely inspired by the challenge and if we can create more jobs in the process, that's all the better." adds Diane Craig. "I encourage other women business owners in the Yakima Valley to sign up for the M3 Race. Together women business owners in the Yakima Valley can help keep the Yakima economy growing."
